The works of
Jim Miller and Jane Luquette
JANE LUQUETTE:
Jane was intrigued by art and photography
since childhood. She demonstrated natural ability in drawing
and painting in the early years. She spent several years
learning conventional photography and darkroom techniques
under the teaching of local photographer James J. Miller.
She attended the York Academy of Arts and graduated from
the Pennsylvania State University.
For the past twenty-five years her work
with fine art included nature photography, scratchboard,
and glass etching. She continues to expand her knowledge
of digital photography and printing technologies.
She presently has fine art photography on
display in the educational - visitor centers with the
National Park Service at Assateague Island, MD, and also
with the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Assateague
Island, VA.
Jane currently works in the field of occupational
therapy with the challenging population of socially and
emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. She includes
the creative expression of art in treatment.
All prints are printed with archival pigments
on canvas. All materials used are acid free.
